  •  Head of Student Service (NOC CODE 4033)

Main duties:

  • Act as the first point of contact for applicants, provided information to various incoming queries.
  • Act as liaisons between students, administrative staff, faculty, vendors and community members to facilitate the success of student programs.
  • Accept and solve student concerns, complaints and all other appropriate requests from their daily life where at school in time.
  • Increase student enrolment by recruiting students from diverse regions.
  • Creation of new student file folders and the filing of all admissions-related documents.
  • Plan marketing and recruitment strategies with the marketing manager.
  • Represent the college brand to promote the education centre services to agents, international educators, and prospective students; provide consultation to students/parents.
  • Promote the school programs to target market and recruit students.
  • Good relationship with marketing resource and recruitment agency. And expand recruitment channel.
  • Negotiate terms of engagement, provide training to agents and their staff, and keep the agent contacts engaged through regular communication.
  • Represent the school administration at Student Administrative Council meetings.
  • Plans and implements all activities during student orientation week.
  • Manages all administrative process enrolment contracts, student insurance enrolment, locker assignment.
  • Research, coordinate and provide various useful external resources to students.
  • Oversee and coordinate audition process and schedules process with students and at least two faculty members.
  • Participates in the recruitment process ie) recruitment fairs.

Employment Requirements

Candidates making an application for a position of Administrator will must have:

  • Bachelor Degree in Education or Business
  • At least 3 yeas working experience at the school
  • Experience working in student services and recruitment
  • Experience in the international environment
  • Superior administrative and organizational skills; and
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.



Full time position, $40/h, 40 hrs/Week

Main duties: 

  • Prepare subject material for presentation to students according to an approved curriculum
  • Teach students using a systematic plan of lectures, discussions, audio-visual presentations, and laboratory, shop and field studies
  • Assign and correct homework
  • Prepare, administer and correct tests
  • Evaluate progress, determine individual needs of students and discuss results with parents and school officials
  • Prepare and implement remedial programs for students requiring extra help
  • Advise students on course selection

Employment Requirements: 

  • Bachelor of Arts – Music
  • At least 5 years of teaching music experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Criminal Check required


  $ 47.00 per hour with 30 hours per week and 52 weeks per year, Permanent, full-time
